Sue Chappell · Reflexologist & Reiki Master Teacher
Reflexology and Reiki are holistic healing therapies. Their aim is to bring about a state of balance within the body on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels.
Treatments and prices
Every treatment, with what it costs, on one screen. Reflexologists do not diagnose illnesses or claim to cure conditions or prescribe medication. They seek to encourage the body to get back into balance and leave you feeling deeply relaxed.
Foot Notes Reflexology, Newick
Limited to your feet and lower legs, working the reflexes relating to your body systems. The treatment finishes with a massage to leave you feeling calm and deeply relaxed.
Chakras are energy centres within and around your physical body. The Chakra Balancing treatment works on these energy centres through specific reflexes in your feet.
Holistic healing for the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of you. The word Reiki means ‘universal life force energy’.
Two 3-card readings plus treatment, approx 80 mins.
First appointment approx 70 minutes, includes taking a brief medical history and individual treatment plan.
Subsequent appointments approx 50 minutes.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
The two therapies
Reflexology is a therapy that is based on the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands that correspond to all parts of the body; these reflexes are worked through pressure and massage.
With Reflexology there are reflexes on the feet that relate to and reflect the whole body and by working these reflexes the body's innate ability to heal itself is stimulated.
Reflexology helps to relieve stress and tension; it helps to improve blood supply to all parts of the body; and it helps to rid the body of toxins.
With Reiki the energy systems around and within the body are affected by placing the hands in different positions around the body.
Holistic healing for the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of you. The word Reiki means ‘universal life force energy’.
Both therapies are non-intrusive and lead to a feeling of deep inner peace and calm.
About Sue

I have completed further specialist courses including Focused Reflexology for female reproductive health; Power Reflexology for use in the workplace; and reflex points and techniques for back problems.
I treat men, women and children of all ages with various conditions and stress-related health issues. I know that both Reflexology and Reiki can help people feel better.

Book a first appointment
This preview has no live calendar and shows no availability. The finished site does two things Sue's current site can't.
You pick a first appointment (approx 70 minutes) or a follow-up (approx 50 minutes) from Sue's actual diary, Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings on request, without ringing. Reminders go out before the visit, which is what makes the 48-hour cancellation policy easy to keep.
Today a voucher means a phone call and a stamp. In the full build you buy one online for any treatment. Vouchers stay non-refundable and valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, exactly as Sue sets them.

About this preview
This page was made by Fully Booked as a concept preview for Sue Chappell. It is not footnotes.org.uk and it is not connected to it. Every price, treatment description, policy and review here is copied from Sue's own site; nothing has been added. It collects no data, sets no cookies and runs no tracking or analytics. It is hidden from search engines and will be deleted on request.
One fix is already live on this page: you can pinch to zoom it on a phone. The current site blocks zooming past 100%.
Sue's real pages, all covered here
The full build keeps each of these as its own page, adds online booking and online gift vouchers, and replaces the stock feet with Sue.
